Valley Village has continued to see homes selling and new listings coming on the market, despite the challenges of staying Safe at Home. There have been 11 closed sales, 4 new pending sales and 7 new listings so far in April.

The average sale price in Valley Village in March was $1,122,700. That’s an increase of nearly 32% from $850,770 in March 2019! There was also a 12.5% increase in new listings, year to year, from 24 to 27, though the number of sales for the month was down almost 12%, from 19 to 15.
